Project Nimbus

We are a group of part-time innovators who happen to work in organizations that have great relationships with key companies and government entities throughout Singapore. You may already know us or have seen us as we attend the same innovator events you do. Over the past few years, we have continually heard (and even experienced) the struggles our fellow innovators face. Instead of pursuing our passions of creating and innovating, we innovators end up chasing or recreating content, screen scrapping sites, and Google-ing for random data sets.

What a horrible waste of time. You are not alone.

Over beers a few months ago, a few of us got together and said, ”Hey, I think we all can work together to make life easier for Innovators”. Project Nimbus was born.

Our goal:

• To unite the voices of Singapore Innovators and identify data sets and services we as Innovators want
• To work with content owner and government entities for the appropriate release of these data sets and services to Singapore Innovators
• To ultimately help innovators focus on innovation (instead of the silly stuff that burdens us all today)
